Project overview
AQARI (عقاري) is a web app for Shariah-compliant fractional real estate investing in Saudi Arabia. Investors can own a share of a property from 1,000 SAR, follow Taqeem valuations, receive rental payouts to their wallet and trade units in scheduled secondary windows.
The product is designed Arabic first, with full RTL layouts and an English twin. Flows cover Nafath identity verification, property due diligence, SPV ownership, sukuk, Zakat, portfolio tracking and the wallet.
