Sometimes. Right now we have 2 open roles — Senior Product Designer and Senior Brand Designer. Everyone else goes on the waitlist; we reach out when the bench opens for that specialty. The bench is currently 28 seniors and grows by 4–6 per year. If you're a fit and we're full, you'll wait 4–7 months on average.

Why is the acceptance rate 2.4%?

Senior-only is a hiring strategy, not marketing. Every hire goes through a paid 4-day trial brief, two CD portfolio audits, and a culture interview. The bar is calibrated to what US/EU senior agency designers ship. We turn down 97.6% of applicants because the bar holds — many of them very talented, just not yet at the bar we hold the work to.

Can I apply if I'm a junior designer?

No. We don't hire juniors and route work through them. The bar is 6+ years of agency or in-house experience and a portfolio that holds up against US/EU senior portfolios. If you're earlier in your career, we'd rather you spend the next 3-4 years sharpening, then apply. We promise we won't grow tired of your portfolio in 4 years — most of the bench applied multiple times before getting in.
