How fast do you actually reply?
Within 4 business hours. Always. Even if it's just "got it, working on it, will send a real reply by 5 PM ET" — silence is the fastest way to lose a partnership, so we don't do silence. Average reply time across 1,840 briefs in 2025 was 1 hour 47 minutes.
Can you sign an NDA before I share details?
Yes — NDA is the default. You can send yours, or we'll send our mutual NDA same day. Most agency partnerships start with one before the first call. We've signed over 1,400 NDAs since 2018, including with public companies and pre-IPO startups.
Do you work with non-US clients?
Yes. The split is roughly 60% US/Canada, 30% EU/UK, 10% APAC + AU. We have senior on shift covering all three timezones, and we invoice in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. Tax handling is straightforward — we're a registered Bangladesh entity with established cross-border invoicing.
What if I just want a quote, not a call?

Can you start tomorrow?
Often, yes. The bench is usually open within 48 hours for new briefs. If we're booked, we'll tell you on the call and won't take the brief — that's faster for you than a slow start. We turn down roughly 18% of incoming briefs because we can't hit the timeline.
Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The 30-minute call is free. You'll get 2–3 directly relevant case studies, a real quote, and an honest "we're not the fit" if that's the answer. We don't pitch — we walk you through how the work would actually run and let you decide.
Can my agency partner with you white-label?
Yes — that's how 60% of our work ships. NDAs by default, your-brand-on-everything, your client never knows we're on the project.
