Eight years ago we were freelancers. The brief was always the same — can you ship by Friday? The agencies sending those briefs had won the pitch, signed the contract, and now needed senior craft, fast, under their own brand. So we built the studio that delivers exactly that.
Wolfpixel is senior-only on purpose. Every designer on the bench has 6+ years of agency or in-house experience. There are no juniors learning on your work, no creative director reviewing somebody else's first draft, no project manager translating between you and an offshore freelancer. The senior is the work.
We're white-label first - most of our partners present our work as their own to their clients. We're fast because the bottleneck in design isn't talent, it's the cycles between talent and feedback. We took the cycles out. Days, not weeks.

How the bench Actually operates
Six principles, written down. Every senior on the bench can quote them cold. They're the difference between a fast studio and a sloppy one.
Senior is the work
No juniors learning on client briefs. The senior who reviews is the senior who ships. The work is the work.
Cycles are the work
Every handoff is a cycle. Every cycle is a day. We compress the chain — one CD, one designer, one production lead. Days, not weeks.
Reply first, deliver second
4-hour reply SLA, business days. Even "got it, working on it" within 4 hours. Silence kills agency partnerships faster than missed deadlines.
White-label is the work
Most of our partners present our work as their own. NDAs and process integration are standard, not paid upgrades. Your brand, our hands.

The bench is in Dhaka. We rotate shifts so every working hour in US East, US West, EU, and APAC has a senior on shift, awake, replying. The 4-hour SLA holds across all of them.
