Project overview
Axon is a workflow automation dashboard for finance and operations teams. It runs invoice, order and data sync workflows on its own, keeps every run visible, and stops to ask a person whenever it is unsure.
Every AI step carries a confidence score. When a step falls below the team's threshold, the run pauses and goes to the Review Queue. The source document, the extracted fields and the evidence sit together on one screen. The AI does the work. People make the call.
This case study covers the whole product: research, personas, user flows, the Ember brand system and the web app itself. The app has 17 pages and 82 interaction states, from the Workflow Builder and sandbox Test Run to Runs & Logs, Exceptions, Team & Permissions and the marketing website.
