Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms explain the rules for using our website and the general basis on which we take on design work. Every project also has its own signed proposal, so these terms set the baseline and your proposal sets the specifics.

01 / About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Wolfpixel LLC, a company registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Wolfpixel", "we", "us"). By using wolfpixel.agency, you agree to the parts of these terms that cover the website. By engaging us for a project, you also agree to the parts that cover our services.

If a signed proposal, statement of work (SOW), master services agreement or NDA between you and us says something different from these terms, that signed document wins for that project.

If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

02 / Using this website

You are welcome to browse, read and share links to our pages. When you use the site, please do not:

  • Copy, scrape or republish our content or case studies in bulk, or present our work as your own.
  • Send false, misleading or spam submissions through our forms or booking tool.
  • Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area or its systems.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Information such as package prices and timelines is a general guide and only becomes binding when it appears in a proposal we have both signed. We may change or remove pages at any time.

03 / Our content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site belongs to Wolfpixel or is used with permission. That includes the text, design, graphics, illustrations, videos, blog articles, the Wolfpixel name and logo, and the site's code. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link back to the original page. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners. They appear only to show work we have done or companies we have worked with.

04 / Case studies and portfolio work

Our case studies, shots and portfolio pieces show real projects and concept work. They are published to illustrate our process and quality. Results and figures in a case study describe that project and are not a promise of the same outcome for yours.

Unless your agreement or NDA says otherwise, we may show the finished work we create for you in our portfolio, on this site and on platforms such as Behance and Dribbble, once it is public. We never publish confidential information, and we will hold back or anonymise a project when you ask us to in writing.

If you see your work on our site and want it changed or removed, email [email protected].

05 / Proposals and project agreements

Each project starts with a scoping conversation and a written proposal. The proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, revision rounds, timeline and fixed price. A project begins once the proposal (and an NDA, if you need one) is signed and the first payment is received.

The packages on our pricing page are starting points. Your proposal is what we commit to, and anything not listed in it is outside the agreed scope.

06 / Fees and payment

We quote fixed prices for an agreed scope rather than charging by the hour. Projects are usually paid in milestones: a share to start, a share at design sign-off and the balance at handoff, currently 40%, 40% and 20% as shown on our pricing page. Your proposal sets the exact amounts, dates and payment method for your project.

  • Invoices are payable within the time stated on the invoice or in your proposal.
  • Prices do not include taxes, bank or transfer fees, or the cost of third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins, hosting or software licences, unless the proposal says they do.
  • If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is made, and the timeline moves by the length of the pause.
  • Refunds, if any, are handled as set out in your proposal. Payments for work that has already been delivered and approved are not refundable.

07 / Revisions and scope changes

Your proposal lists the number of revision rounds included at each stage. Feedback works best when it is consolidated, so please gather it from your team and send it together within the agreed review time.

If you want something outside the agreed scope, or more revision rounds than included, we will agree the change with you in writing, along with any update to the price and timeline, before we start on it.

08 / Your materials and responsibilities

Good work depends on good collaboration. During a project you agree to:

  • Name a decision-maker and give feedback and approvals within the agreed times.
  • Provide the content, brand assets, access and information we need, when we need them.
  • Make sure you have the rights to any material you give us (such as text, images, logos and data), and that using it as you ask does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Check final deliverables, including legal and regulatory claims, before you publish or launch them.

Delays in feedback, content or access can move the timeline. If a project is on hold for a long period because we are waiting on you, we may reschedule it, as described in your proposal.

09 / Ownership of the work

You get access to working files, such as Figma files and source assets, throughout the project. Once you have paid all fees due under your agreement, we transfer to you the ownership of the final deliverables we created for you, including design files, source assets and code, unless your agreement says otherwise.

  • Concepts and directions that you did not select remain ours unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Third-party items, such as licensed fonts, stock imagery, icon sets, plugins and open-source code, stay under their own licences. We will tell you about any licence you need to buy or keep.
  • We keep our general know-how, methods, templates and tools that existed before your project or are not specific to it. Where they form part of a deliverable, you get a permanent licence to use them as part of that deliverable.

10 / Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us about your business, product, users and plans as confidential. We use it only to deliver your project and share it only with team members who need it to do the work. We are happy to sign your NDA, or ours, before you share sensitive details.

This duty does not apply to information that is already public, that we already knew or developed independently, or that we are required by law to disclose. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy and your agreement.

11 / Third-party tools and services

Our work often relies on third-party platforms, such as Figma, Webflow, hosting providers, analytics tools and app stores. Their own terms, pricing and availability apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes. Where a platform needs an account, it is best held in your name so that you control it.

12 / What we promise, and what we cannot

We deliver the work described in your proposal with care and professional skill, using senior designers. We cannot guarantee specific business results, such as revenue, conversion rates, rankings, funding or app store approval, because they depend on many factors outside our control.

Apart from what is stated in these terms and your proposal, and to the extent the law allows, we do not give any other warranties, whether express or implied.

13 / Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
  • Our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid us under the agreement for the work the claim relates to.
  • We are not liable for any loss caused by your use of this website or its content, which is provided free of charge for general information.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14 / Ending a project

Either of us can end a project as set out in the proposal. If the proposal says nothing about it, either of us can end the project by giving written notice. You pay for the work completed up to the end date, and we hand over the deliverables you have paid for. The sections on ownership, confidentiality and liability continue to apply after a project ends.

15 / Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith by talking it through. If that does not work, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.

If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

16 / General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not transfer your rights under a project agreement without our written consent.

17 / Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to your use of the website from the date they are published. They do not change a signed agreement for a project that is already under way.
