Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit wolfpixel.agency or get in touch, why we collect it, who helps us process it and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short, specific and in plain English.

01 / Who we are

Wolfpixel is a product and brand design agency. The website wolfpixel.agency is run by Wolfpixel LLC, which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. In this policy, "Wolfpixel", "we", "us" and "our" mean Wolfpixel LLC.

  • Registered office: Wolfpixel LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
  • UK office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
  • Design team: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
  • Privacy questions: [email protected].

02 / What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect through this website and through the forms, booking tool and newsletter on it. It also covers emails, calls and messages you send us after finding us here.

Personal data we receive while delivering a client project (for example, files or user research that a client shares with us) is handled under that client's agreement with us, not under this policy.

03 / Information you give us

The project brief form

When you send a brief, we receive your name (optional), your work email, your message about the project, the services you tick, the budget range you pick and the page you sent it from. We also record the country your connection comes from, which our hosting provider supplies, and the referring page if your browser shares it. A hidden field helps us filter out spam bots.

Booking a call

When you book a call on the site, we receive your name, email, time zone, the time you pick, the services you tick and any notes you add. The booking is created in Cal.com, which sends you and us a calendar invite with a video call link.

The newsletter

When you join The Wolfpixel Letter, we receive your email address, the page you signed up from and the country your connection comes from. Every issue lets you unsubscribe, or you can email us and we will remove you.

Emails, calls and messages

If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp or social media, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your contact details on that channel.

Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health or financial details) through the website. We do not need it to reply to a project enquiry.

04 / Information collected automatically

Our own cookie-free analytics

We run a small analytics tool of our own to see which pages are useful. It records the page you view, the website that sent you (if any), campaign tags in the link, your country, your device type and browser, and roughly how long the page stayed open. It also counts a few actions, such as clicking a call button or sending a form.

It sets no cookies and never stores your IP address. To count unique visits, it combines your IP address and browser details with a random value that changes every day and keeps only a shortened one-way code of the result. Because that value changes daily, we cannot recognise you from one day to the next. These records are deleted automatically after about 13 months.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

On our live site we also use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4. It helps us understand traffic sources and measure when someone sends a brief, books a call or joins the newsletter. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information about your device, browser and activity on our pages. The scripts load after your first interaction with the page or after 15 seconds.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use our pages through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. This shows us where a page is confusing. Clarity uses cookies and masks text typed into form fields by default. It loads at the same time as Google Analytics.

Hosting and security

Our site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and request details to deliver pages, protect the site from attacks and keep it running.

05 / Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself works without cookies. Cookies are set only by the third-party tools described above: Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. They are used for analytics, not for advertising. Video players embedded from Vimeo in some case studies may set their own cookies when they load.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking these cookies does not stop the site from working.

06 / How we use information, and why

We only use personal data for clear purposes. For visitors in the UK and EU, the legal basis for each is shown in brackets.

  • To reply to your brief, prepare a proposal and run your call (steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
  • To schedule and remind you about a call you booked (steps taken at your request).
  • To send the newsletter you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (our legitimate interest in running a useful website, and your consent where the law requires it for cookies).
  • To keep the site, forms and booking tool secure and free of spam (our legitimate interest).
  • To keep records and meet legal, tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags on this site, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

07 / Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as far as they need it:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, security, and the database where form submissions and our own analytics are stored.
  • Resend: delivers the email that notifies our team when you send a brief or join the newsletter.
  • Cal.com: creates call bookings and sends calendar invites. The invite includes a video call link, usually Google Meet.
  • Google: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Microsoft: Microsoft Clarity.
  • Vimeo and jsDelivr: deliver some of the videos and media files shown on the site, so they receive technical data such as your IP address when the media loads.
  • Email, calendar, CRM and automation tools we use to manage enquiries and client relationships.

Our team members in the US, UK and Bangladesh can see enquiries when they need to reply to them. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data.

08 / International transfers

We are a US company with a UK office and a team in Bangladesh, and our service providers operate globally. Your data may therefore be processed in the United States, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh and other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours.

When we transfer personal data from the UK or the EU, we rely on safeguards recognised by those laws, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or a provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. You can ask us for more detail about these safeguards.

09 / How long we keep it

  • Briefs, bookings and related emails: for as long as we need them to talk with you about a project, and afterwards for as long as is reasonable to keep a record of the conversation. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. We then keep only what we need to make sure you are not emailed again.
  • Our own analytics: deleted automatically after about 13 months.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: kept for the periods set in those services, after which they are deleted by the provider.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry or booking data sooner, using the contact details below.

10 / Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data deleted.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

In the UK and EU these rights come from the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK or the authority where you live in the EU. We would appreciate the chance to fix the issue first.

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law allows, usually one month.

11 / Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are checked for spam, our admin tools are restricted to our team, and we limit access to personal data to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so if you believe your data has been put at risk, please tell us straight away.

12 / Children

Our services are for businesses, and this site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

14 / Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our website, tools or legal duties change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change that affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email where we can.

15 / Contact us
