Core.hr is a human-first HR management platform built to help organizations streamline workforce operations, attendance tracking, leave management, reporting, and employee coordination. The platform combines operational efficiency with a modern digital experience to make HR processes faster and easier.
Our goal was to create both a compelling brand identity and a scalable product ecosystem, including brand guidelines, web experience, and product interfaces. The final solution bridges functional HR workflows with a warm, human-centered visual language.

Traditional HR systems often feel outdated, overly complex, and difficult to navigate. Manual attendance tracking, leave management, and reporting create operational bottlenecks that slow down HR teams and reduce efficiency.
Additionally, many HR platforms lack intuitive interfaces and strong branding, making them feel transactional rather than human-centered. This creates friction in daily workflows and lowers adoption across teams.
We focused on simplifying HR operations while building a stronger digital brand presence:

A structured process covering research, branding, web design, and final product handoff.

A conversion-focused landing page communicating product value, trust, and business impact.

A responsive mobile experience enabling employees to track attendance, hours, and leave on the go.

A centralized dashboard for monitoring attendance, workforce metrics, manual entries, and reporting.

Core.hr evolved into a cohesive digital ecosystem that successfully combines strong branding with practical HR functionality. The final experience transformed complex workforce operations into clear, intuitive, and efficient workflows.
From brand identity to product interfaces, every touchpoint was designed to balance professionalism with human warmth. The result is a modern HR platform that improves operational efficiency while delivering a refined and trustworthy user experience.

Every brief is treated as confidential by default. Designers working on your account don't work on direct competitors during the engagement. If you flag a specific company we should never work for, we honor it. Mutual NDAs available on request before brief submission.
You own everything we ship for you, on delivery. Full transfer, no residuals, no clawback. Files (Figma, code, design tokens, source) are yours. We retain only the right to show the work in our portfolio with your written consent — and we'll happily redact or skip portfolio publication if your client requires it.
Unlimited revisions on every brief, no charge. If after two rounds we haven't landed it, your account lead schedules a 30-minute reset call to recalibrate the brief together. If we still can't land it after that, you don't pay for that brief.
For the Launch Sprint and small briefs, yes — most ship in 24-48 hours. Bigger work scales: brand identity in 5-7 days, product UI in 7-14 days, design systems in 14-30 days. Every service page lists exact turnarounds.
Yes, no penalty. Cancel at any point in the cycle; we ship anything already in your active queue, then close out.
Any change request on a deliverable, until you're happy. We don't count rounds. The only limit is brief scope — if a revision materially expands what we agreed to ship, we'll flag it and either fold it into the next brief or treat it as a new sprint.
Up at any time, effective immediately (prorated). Down at the start of the next cycle. No penalties either way.
Monthly subscription, billed at the start of each cycle. Annual option = 12 months for the price of 10, billed upfront. Stripe or invoice for amounts above $10K. We accept USD, AED, SAR, and EGP on the ME variant.
Skip the call. Drop a one-pager — what your client needs, the metric you’d move, the timeline. Within 4 business hours we send back a tailored package quote, the 3 cases closest to your client’s problem, and the next available slot.
